Luma Player is an independently developed and published media player application. It is not affiliated with any broadcaster, content provider, or streaming service.

2. Nature of the Application
Luma Player is strictly and exclusively a media player application. Its sole function is to render audio and video content from URLs and servers that are provided and configured directly by the user.
Luma Player does not:
- Host, store, or archive any audio or video content
- Distribute, transmit, or broadcast any media to users
- Provide, recommend, or curate access to any streaming content or channels
- Index, aggregate, or link to any third-party content sources on its own initiative
All content accessed through the Application originates from external URLs or servers configured solely by the user. Luma Player acts only as a rendering engine for that content.
3. No Content Provided
Luma Player does not provide, sell, facilitate access to, or in any way supply TV channels, live streams, movies, series, sports events, or any other streaming content.
Any content a user accesses through Luma Player is obtained from a third-party source of the user's own choosing. The nature, legality, and appropriateness of that content is the exclusive responsibility of the user and their chosen content provider. Luma Player has no knowledge of, and no control over, what users choose to access.
4. Third-Party Content
Luma Player has no affiliation, partnership, endorsement arrangement, or commercial relationship with any content provider, broadcaster, streaming platform, or streaming provider of any kind.
Any third-party content accessed by a user through the Application is subject to the intellectual property laws, terms of service, and licensing agreements of those third parties. Luma Player is not a party to any such agreements and cannot be held responsible for how users interact with third-party content or services.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of any third-party content complies with the applicable laws in their jurisdiction and the terms set by the relevant rights holders.
5. Intellectual Property
The Luma Player name, logo, application design, user interface, and source code are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws. All rights are reserved.
No part of the Application, its branding, or its underlying code may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used in derivative works without the express prior written consent of Luma Player. Unauthorized use of the Luma Player brand or application constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luma Player and its developers accept no liability whatsoever for:
- Any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from the use of third-party content accessed through the Application
- The unavailability, interruption, or poor quality of any third-party playlist or stream
- Any misuse of the Application by users, including but not limited to accessing unauthorized or copyright-infringing content
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Application
Use of the Application is entirely at the user's own risk and discretion.
7. Applicable Law
This Legal Notice and all matters relating to Luma Player are governed by applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Notice or the use of the Application, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
If any provision of this Legal Notice is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
